A missing handle, an exposed edge, a plate that does not fit. We assess the existing part, its dimensions and its intended use. That is the starting point for your replacement.

Air-conditioning bracket covers.

Made-to-measure sleeves and end caps for outdoor air-conditioning wall brackets. A cosmetic covering for a bracket that has first been inspected by a qualified professional.

The sleeve carries no load and does not repair corrosion. Rusty brackets must first be inspected by a qualified contractor and replaced if necessary. Fixings, drainage and maintenance access must remain clear.

Show us what is missing.

A photograph and an initial measurement are enough to start. If we need more views or dimensions, we will clarify them with you.

    Send a photo and a measurement

    Photograph the part or its intended location. A ruler in the image helps. Include a measurement in millimetres and the location on Mallorca.

  2. 02

    Agree a fixed price

    We assess the application and clarify the details. Your quote specifies the material, fixed price, delivery costs and proposed date.

  3. 03

    Make it and deliver personally

    Once you approve the quote, we make the agreed part. We hand it over personally on the island, at the agreed place and time.

04 / Delivery

On the island. To your door.

To the marina, the finca or your property. We hand over your part personally on Mallorca. There is no postal shipping.

We agree the delivery location, access, date and costs before you place the order. For boat enquiries, please include the marina.

05 / Your quote

One price. Everything included.

For small parts we give you one total price after seeing a photo and a measurement: design, manufacturing, one adjustment and personal delivery are included. No hourly rates, no surprises.

If the original part is still easy to buy, we tell you honestly and point you to a supplier.

You receive an individual quote with the total price and delivery date before ordering.

Which applications are excluded?

We do not offer load-bearing or safety-critical parts. This also excludes components for watertight closures, electrical protection and safety equipment.

Are the parts suitable outdoors?

Sunlight, heat, moisture and contact with chemicals affect material selection. We assess the intended use and specify the material and its limitations in the quote.

When will my part be ready?

This depends on the design, material and any adjustments needed. The proposed manufacturing and delivery dates are stated in the quote.

Can I order several identical parts?

Include the quantity you need in your enquiry. This also applies to property managers, charter companies and recurring parts across several properties.

Can a cover save a rusty bracket?

No. The bracket cover is a non-load-bearing cosmetic sleeve. A qualified contractor must first check the condition and fixings of the bracket. The cover does not replace repairs or replacement.
